Front Office managers help to keep an organisation running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function.
A few seconds walk from the tram stop an 8 to 5 shift pattern with the ammenities of a major Chorlton high street, working at Bridge Garage becomes a pleasure

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

Maintaining our booking system

Typing, preparing and collating reports


Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Managing databases

Prioritising workloads

Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

Liaising with relevant organisations and clients

Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Logging or processing bills or expenses

Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Dealing with suppliers

_ Qualifications and training required_

Formal academic qualifications are not always needed, although we will require you to be educated A level/highers level. we would prefer for a degree, in which case a degree in English, business, IT or information science may be beneficial.

Cvs will be considered via the indeed, initial telephone interview, and then a face to face interview with a final interview with the director
